Road nanny delivery is priced based on distance and typically ranges from $150–$450 across most of Australia. Air-assisted delivery costs vary by route and carrier. Collection from our home is always free. We'll provide an exact quote when you enquire.
We never deliver a puppy before 8 weeks of age — no exceptions. This is both our ethical standard and the legal minimum. Most deliveries happen between 8–10 weeks once the puppy is fully socialised and vet-cleared.
Yes — for all road nanny deliveries we send live GPS location updates every 2 hours via SMS or WhatsApp. For air deliveries, we provide flight tracking details plus airport updates. You'll never be left wondering.
All nanny transporters carry a vet emergency contact and basic puppy first aid. If a health concern arises during transit, we immediately pause the journey, seek veterinary attention, and contact you. Costs for any such care are covered by us, not you.
Yes — we deliver across all states and territories including rural and regional areas. For very remote locations we typically arrange delivery to the nearest regional hub or airport, with a short drive for the family to complete. Contact us and we'll work something out.
Absolutely. Once a puppy is ready for delivery (8 weeks, vet-cleared, documents prepared), we'll coordinate a date that suits your schedule. We require at least 5 days' notice to arrange nanny transport logistics.
